Cute neighborhood that's part farm-part city life! Many of the neighbors have chickens, goats, horses, sheep, etc.
Cozy Lakewood farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood 15 mins from Red Rocks, 10 mins from Downtown Denver, and 35 mins from Boulder. Cute side courtyard for your enjoyment with lots of friendly wildlife. Coffee/Tea available. Microwave available as well as a fridge/freezer for guests in addition to stove, all utensils, plates, cookware.
The space
Two bedrooms (Queen size in one, and full-size bed in the other) and one bathroom. Netflix, HBONow, and Prime Video are available on the TV. If you have more than 2 people staying and will need additional bedding for couch sleeping, please contact me. Towels and bedding are provided, as well as basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home, minus a locked cabinet and storage unit. Full access to common areas and two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a private side courtyard. The larger backyard is split 50/50 with the neighbor. Please be mindful to stay on our side unless you are invited.
Location
About 10 minutes from the nearest lightrail station, on Wadsworth. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around without a car; however, a having a car in Denver is highly recommended.

Anita is super responsive, the house was very clean and cozy, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, TV is all set up with Netflix, prime video, etc. and even a little office in the back in case you want to get a little work done during your stay.
