Denver and its surroundings require a car to get around. We highly recommend renting a car if you are visiting from out of town. We are fortunate to be surrounded by natural beauty and state parks. Please consider staying a couple of extra days to enjoy your Colorado vacation. Uber and Lyft are always an option but can add up quickly. There are many events all summer long, including unforgettable concerts at Red Rocks (just 10 minutes away).

We are very near Chatfield State Park with has a large lake, water sports rentals, horseback riding, a gun range, and campground. Bear Creek Lake is also very close and similar, with camping yurts and cabins available.
